Our approach
At Blackstone Search we make sure to take each vacancy with the highest tailored approach, understanding the requirements from both parties and making the process simplistic and swift for both client and candidate. We understand the importance of each sales person and the responsibility they commit to the overall performance of the business which contributes to our highly regarded reputation in the industry.
Once we have access to a live vacancy, we will work tirelessly to locate the right candidate, this includes posting job adverts, LinkedIn searching and tapping into our existing candidate network. Once a shortlist of candidates has been acquired, as part of our service, Blackstone Search will organise and facilitate interviews with Hiring Managers, gather feedback and arrange next steps. Should a candidate be successful, Blackstone Search will facilitate salary negotiations, contract negotiations and start dates.
