Responsibilities:

  • As this Sales Director UK & EMEA, you will •

  • Lead a business portfolio within UK & EMEA territory to develop net new business

  • Identify new opportunities within mid-market and large enterprises; engage meaningfully with C level and Executive decision-makers.

  • Research target accounts and develop prospecting campaigns

  • Dive deep in understanding their business and the potential for business alignment

  • Go deep-and-wide within enterprise organisations to understand the full scope of opportunity

  • Lead entire sales cycle from initial opportunity creation to finalising opportunity outcome

  • Forecast and manage sales pipeline to meet revenue targets and company goals.

  • Develop strategic partners and alliances to support company growth, conduct joint account planning, demand generation activities and support the sales process.

  • Create account plans to ensure alignment with the customer and strategies large multi-year deals.

  • Work with the Marketing team to drive pipeline generation initiatives and create brand awareness in the territory.

The Successful Candidate:

  • Highly developed senior Sales and Account Management experience with high-growth tech start-ups or large software vendors

  • Successful track record of software or software solution sales experience in handling large clients.

  • Account relationship and senior executive coverage with large enterprises, financial services, retail, healthcare, Telco and manufacturing

  • In-depth understanding of the Intelligent Automation/RPA/Digital transformation market.

  • Successful track record of consultative strategic sales $100-250k+ with C-level prospects, a strong background in large account planning and expansion.

  • Proven track record of exceptional performance measured against revenue, customer satisfaction, and organizational health metrics.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication and presentation skills, ability to scale across all levels of an organization.

  • Highly dependable, self-starter, high energy, positive attitude, and the ability to establish trust and credibility with prospects and customers.

  • Ability to lead, collaborate and influence a geographically dispersed team.

The Business Development Manager Package:

Basic Salary – up to £130,000 
OTE – X2 (uncapped)
£500 per month Car Allowance
28 days holiday + Birthday off work
